AUDIO and VIDEO FORENSIC  ANALYSIS
for ATTORNEYS - INVESTIGATORS - GOVERNMENT AGENCIES - LAW ENFORCEMENT

We handle all types of recorded video and audio evidence in both digital and analog (tape) formats.  The recordings may
have been created on a variety of devices: digital hand-held recorders, cell phones, dash-cams, body-worn recorders, micro-cassette recorders, laptops, surveillance and security cameras, CCTV systems, spy gadgets and more.  Additionally, these files may be stored on servers, hard drives, CD's, DVD's, thumb drives, SD cards, flash drives and others.  We have the knowledge and experience to extract, capture and convert all types of recorded evidence without changing or altering the original file.

Our audio forensic services include:

Audio Enhancement - improving the clarity and playback of recorded conversations by reducing the background noise
and boosting the relevant conversations.  A crucial step in creating accurate transcripts or court exhibits for playback
before judges and jurors during trial.
Authentication - Taking the steps to determine whether or not the recording may have been altered, edited or tampered.  This process includes critical listening techniques, hardware inspection, wave form inspection and spectrographic analysis.  Other scientific methods may be employed as well.
Analysis -  Examining both the metadata and properties to determine the origin of the file (MAC or PC), whether the file is native to the device, software used to make the recording, time/date and whether the file is an "original" or "copy" file.
Voice Identification - Comparing two voices, side-by-side using the aural/spectrographic method to determine whether or
not the voices are a "match."  In addition to the examining the recorded voices an exemplar recording will be created as well.
Documentation - A detailed report or affidavit can be created to confirm the steps taken during the examination and explain in greater detail the techniques used to reach our conclusions.
Testimony - Should your case go to trial, we are available to provide expert testimony on any work we have contributed to your client's case.  Client will be responsible for all travel and comfort fees.
